I have just watched this anime few hours ago and honestly I cried so much at the end. I went to my bed and cried for an hour. It made my emotions skyrocket through the roof and that was the first time I cried this year. I find this anime to be beautiful and sad at the same time.Chizuru ultimately kissed Kazuya in front of everyone present in order prove that they're really dating for real even doing so twice to make it clear when Mami make everyone doubt that she was pretending to kiss Kazuya.It's an anime where there are at least 3 characters in love with the protagonist. This show has four girls that are into him. So yes, it's a harem anime.
Worse, it is not because she wants Kazuya back, but her actions are motivated by the fact that she cannot stand that Kazuya seemingly moved on from her.
